As a manufacturer of reflow soldering systems with convection or condensation and drying and coating systems, Rehm Thermal Systems has been producing energy-efficient manufacturing equipment for the electronics and photovoltaics industry since 1990. Who is Koh Young? Koh Young is a South Korean company founded in 2002, specializing in SMT visual inspection technology. Its Chinese brand name in the industry is Gaoyong, and it is commonly referred to by its abbreviation KY. Kohyoung focuses on SMT visual inspection technology and occupies a pivotal position in the industry’s SPI and AOI sectors with a very high market share.
