With the development of technology, mechanization has become increasingly sophisticated, and automatic insertion machines are no exception, featuring user-friendly operation. Below is a detailed overview of the working principle and applications of automatic insertion machines.

Working Principle of Automatic Insertion Machines: Automatic insertion machines adopt mechatronics to mount compatible components onto PCBA boards. These components cover almost all through-hole devices, including capacitors, inductors, and connectors. Process engineers assign specific insertion positions to each workstation based on workload and operational rationality. Each machine is responsible for mounting only a few types of components and repeats the same operations, minimizing the chance of errors. After all required components are mounted onto the PCBA, a dedicated workstation transfers the PCBA onto the conveyor chain of a wave soldering machine. Meanwhile, solder weights are placed on components prone to lifting due to heat exposure, preventing poor soldering.

Wave Soldering Machine (LT-DW300/DW350 Series): This is a specialized soldering device equipped with a molten solder pot and temperature-controlled heating tubes for preheating. It is primarily used for soldering through-hole components with exposed pins and surface-mounted components on the reverse side of PCBA boards. When a PCBA enters the machine, its reverse side is first sprayed with flux, and then it passes through the solder pot. The solder in the pot forms a wave-like flow, hence the name "wave soldering machine". After soldering, the PCBA is conveyed out along the chain to the next production process.

Wide Applications of Vertical Insertion Machines: 1. LED lighting, LED display screens, LED control systems, LED vehicle lights, LED luminous characters. 2. Electric light sources, energy-saving lamps. 3. Commercial lighting. 4. Outdoor lighting, street lamps, searchlights. 5. Manufacturing of circuit boards for lighting accessories, ballasts, etc.

Applications of Horizontal Insertion Machines: Car audio systems, air conditioners, televisions, microwave ovens, power supplies, chargers, and network peripheral products such as network switches. LITUO, in collaboration with XZG, offers component insertion services at a low processing fee of just ¥0.008 per component—lower than manual insertion costs. We provide trial processing services first; if you find machine insertion superior to manual insertion, you can then propose a plan to purchase LITUO automatic insertion machines. This is your optimal solution to save labor costs, improve production capacity, and enhance product quality!

Why do chip mounters have different numbers of mounting heads?
The picking, placing, moving and transferring of components in a chip mounter are all performed by the mounting head, which is one of the core components of the machine. As the primary moving and operating part of the chip mounter, mounting heads vary in the number of heads and AOI configurations depending on the machine model.
